Requirements for Extension of Stay in Saint Lucia.
First Time Applicant Information
- One (1) Passport Photograph (Size: 2 inches x 1.5 inches)
- A Valid passport
- A Valid Return Ticket (Property Holders and Persons with Saint Lucia parentage are exempt from requirement)
- A Host (with a valid National identification card/Saint Lucia Passport or relevant documents)
- A rental payment receipt (if renting apartment, villa etc.)
- A Valid passport
- A Valid Return Ticket, if previous ticket is expired
Applicant with Saint Lucian Parentage
- Birth Certificate
- Parent (s) Birth certificate (s)
- Parent (s) valid national identification card or Saint Lucian passport
Married Applicant with Saint Lucia Spouse
- Marriage Certificate if married to a Saint Lucian national
- Spouse’s Birth certificate
- Spouse’s valid national identification card or Saint Lucian passport
Applicants who own property in Saint Lucia
- Deed of Sale
- Land Registration/License
- Notice of appointment of directors (if in the form of a company)
Applicants who are yachts’ crew
- Yacht’s Registration Certificate
- Yacht’s Declaration Form
- Extension Application Form costs XCD$2.00
- Extension Applicable Fee: XCD$200 per thirty days
- Extension of Stay OperationYacht’s Declaration Form
If foreign spouse is a male, the fee must be paid, however if foreign spouse is a female, the fee is waived.
Operating Hours &Processing Time
- Extension of Stay Operation Hours: 8:30am to 12pm
- Processing time: 5 working days
